Deeper Wrinkling and Skin Laxity

Exilis™ is a unique combination of radiofrequency waves (RF) with oscillating mechanical wave variations.  The RF waves provide heat energy, and the oscillating waves provide a mechanical effect which loosens fatty clusters.

Special software in the Exilis™ is programmed to distribute uniform, precisely dosed heat energy, thereby eliminating heat spikes and overheating of the skin tissue.  As a result, the "ultimate effect" on skin tissue is achieved.

Facial Remodeling
This occurs through 2 phases.  First, the focused heat energy from the RF waves provides a "controlled" damage to the collagen fibers.  Second, the body's natural healing process begins to "repair" this damage by actively producing new collagen fibers.  Over the next several months, a dramatic improvement in skin density and dermal thickening will occur.

Treatment Protocol
Facial laxity can be treated with 6-8 treatments depending on the severity of the condition being treated.  Treatments are performed 7-14 days apart.  It's imperative the patient follow this treatment schedule.
Treatment times are as follow:
Full Face       45 minutes - 1 hour
Lower Face    30 minutes - 45 minutes
Neck             30 minutes - 45 minutes

Post-Exilis™
You may experience temporary erythema (redness) of the treated area immediately after the treatment.  It can last anywhere from ½ hour up to 24 hours.  No intervention is required for this.

Most results from the treatment sessions will be seen at the 3 month interval.
