Facial Blood Vessels and Rosacea

Cosmetically unacceptable reddened facial skin and facial blood vessels are a focus of treatment at Aesthetica. Currently, devices used at Aesthetica for the treatment of facial blood vessels include the Palomar StarLux™ System, including new enhanced professional handpieces; the Iriderm™ 532 Diode laser for the treatment of individual blood vessels on the face, neck and chest, as well as cherry angiomas and spider angiomas; and the Candela V-Beam™ or pulsed dye laser for the treatment of facial blood vessels and vascular birthmarks. On occasion, long pulsed 1064 YAG lasers are used for treatment of purple vessels on the nose or so-called venous lakes on the lower lip and thicker vascular malformations.
